About 1000 Youth
We are a dedicated team of servant leaders that is on a mission to assist 1000 Appalachian individuals aged 18-45, to lift themselves out of generational poverty or their less than desired financial position. This will be accomplished through providing professional development training, coaching and mentoring, plus entrepreneurship skills.

Training Curriculum
The entrepreneurial mindset is a growth mindset that will help you build the skills you need to be successful in entrepreneurship and in life. You will learn to encourage positive, growth mindsets in yourself and others.
Through a partnership with Ohio University, Marietta College, and others high-quality training organizations, you can attend our FREE Entrepreneurship Bootcamps.

During your entrepreneurial mindset plus business development journey, you will either enhance your current organization or launch a new product or service. You will work in teams of 2 to 3, identify a need for a product or service, propose a solution, perform market research on the customer demand for their product, adjust product innovation and design, determine the expected product costs, suggested sell price, and product gross margin profitability.
You will also be responsible for viewing and learning the skill sets now available in a sales and communications training program. This training program has been provided by Sales Gravy and Donald Miller’s Business Made Simple, free of charge.
All successful start-ups and small businesses need individuals that can identify and solve complex problems, bring in new customers and drive revenue growth. You can be that individual, while making a huge positive impact on your own life, your family’s life, and your community!
